How are users counted?+
By active accounts. An employee who only clocks in is billed at the Time-tracking rate (€5), even within a higher plan.
Are AI sorting and OCR extra?+
No. Automatic photo sorting and invoice reading are included in every plan, with no extra cost or add-on.
Can I get my data back if I leave?+
Anytime, in one click: a full export (ZIP of sorted photos, invoices, PDFs, CSVs). Your data is yours, GDPR-compliant.
